Ceremony

  • Outdoor Lawn Package: $1,500 (4 hour site rental, arbor included, site preparation and clean up, on-site manager, guest book and gift table with linen, chair rental for up to 100 people (additional chair rental $4 each), table set up, sound system/sound operator, use of lodge restrooms, use of ranch for photos)
  • Lodge Package (winter only) : $1,500 (4 hour event in lodge only, sound system, site preparation and clean up, on-site manager, guest book and gift table with linen, chair rental for up to 100 people (additional chair rental $4 each), table set up, sound system.sound operator, use of lodge, bathrooms, use of ranch for photos
      

 

Reception:

  • Lodge Package: For up to 50 people (4 hour event in the lodge, site preparation and clean up, on-site manager, use of commercial kitchen for licensed caterer, guest book and gift table with linen, use of restrooms, sound system/sound operator, use of ranch for photos)
  • Lodge/Meadow Package:  For up to 200 people (4 hour event in the lodge and meadow tent site, site preparation and clean up, on-site manager, use of commercial kitchen for licensed caterer, guest book and gift table with linen, use of restrooms, sound system/sound operator, use of ranch for photos)
  • Intimate Reception Package: For up to 40 people (3 hour event in the lodge, site preparationand cleanup, on-site manager, use of restrooms, sound system/sound operator, use of commercial kitchen for licensed caterer, guest book and gift table with linen, 10 tables + 40 chairs, use of ranch for photos)



Ceremony & Reception:

  • Ceremony and Reception Package: (6 hour event, use of lodge and tent site, on-site manager, site preparation and clean up, use of lodge restrooms, use of commercial kitchen for licensed caterer, sound system/sound operator, 10 tables for buffet or cocktail + 40 chairs, guest book and gift table with linen, use of ranch for photos)

 On-site manager:  included in all packages above.  On-site manager is available for the tent delivery and the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding.  They will also be available the day of the wedding from 9am until the completion of the reception.  The on-site manager is responsible for unlocking the lodge and directing vendors and the caterer.  The on-site manager will also set up chairs and the 2 tables for ceremonies.  And is also available to answer questions about where vendor items should be placed at Sierra Meadows Ranch.  The on-site manager is not responsible for decorating and setting tables.

**We do not provide or serve alcohol. A one day alcohol license must be acquired independently in order to serve alcohol.
